Last week was a good week!

There were several key projects that hit major milestones:

• One project shipped the first production parts
• Another project received a yes to proceed after 8 months of discussion
• A customer conversation moved our partnership forward
• Equipment that will revolutionize several of our processes is on the way to be installed

One of my weaknesses is celebrating small wins, so I have tried to make that a theme today in every meeting.  These milestones deserve recognition internally (even though I cannot share specifics in this post) and have been highlighted with several of our teams.  None of these projects are fully completed, which is why I would traditionally have overlooked the celebration.

However, these achievements represent positive momentum towards results that we have been working towards for quite some time at HSI.  Great job team!  Keep up the good work!
