I count it as a great personal honor when talented people choose to work at HSI.  There are many great companies in the world.  There are many great companies in Oklahoma.  The same goes for our San Diego and Madison locations.  There are organizations doing great, innovative, meaningful work in these locations.  So, anytime someone says “I like this one best!  I want to spend my time and talent contributing to the mission of HSI” I find it incredibly humbling.

I sincerely believe in what we do and that we make a profound difference in the world.  My goal is that everyone working at HSI feels like they too are making a difference in the world as well as growing personally and professionally.  It is my hope that people remember their time at HSI as the most challenging, yet rewarding job.

The fact that we have created an organization that compels others to join is incredibly encouraging.
