The best way I can explain my impression of the current economic moment is to just hang in there, it will get better.  It has been a strange year all the way through.  Spending has been soft from our customer base.  This base is usually very dependable year over year.  Not far off, but a little in all sectors.  However, the new projects continue.  Our customers have been confident to pursue new projects at a normal rate.  The one major caveat is that they want to start everything after the first of the year.

This leads me to believe we are in a hang in there economy.  All signs point to improvement in 2017, maybe even right from the very beginning.  Just be patient through one more slow quarter.
