If your direct supervisor is perfectly satisfied with your performance, find a new leader.  Working for someone that is 100% satisfied, means that they will not challenge you to be better.  This is a dead end.  This will be the end of growth.

This is not a call to quit your job, though that may in fact be necessary, it is a call to find a new mentor, a new challenge, a new position that will push you beyond the here and now.  Whatever it takes, do not stay there.  Do not stay in this position of 100% satisfaction, though it may be the easy choice.  Ultimately, you will regret it.

If you are working for someone that is never 100% satisfied, be grateful, because it is making you better!
