An HSI Sensing tradition is to hand out a basket containing everything a family needs for Christmas dinner to every employee. I love this tradition because it is just one small way that we reinforce that this really is a family business. Employees quickly become part of the extended family so we want to make sure that every employee has the chance to provide a special holiday season for their loved ones. My grandmother loves the Christmas holiday season and always worked so hard to make Christmas a special time for our family when I was growing up. The Christmas basket was a way she could extend that love into the lives and homes of our employees.
