I am so incredibly grateful to have a dedicated group of employees.  They have stuck by me and remained determined through many changes and challenges.  During my time in leadership, we have implemented lean techniques like cellular manufacturing, improved the performance review system and with it the way their performance is evaluated, implemented cross training between jobs and departments, overcome quality issues created by raw materials and now the most difficult transition being to a new ERP system.

The ERP system feels like it changed everything.  Some things within our manufacturing process changed a lot and even though many changed very little, the large changes have thrown us into confusion.  We have made it through every challenge before and continue through the ERP transition.  Most all the major changes have been implemented, but still have some catching up to do.

This is why I have been so impressed with my staff and their dedication.  Despite the challenges placed in their path outside of their control, they remain steadfast.  They keep pushing forward.  They keep working hard knowing that we will emerge successful.  These Oklahomans are living out the state motto of “Labor conquers all things.”  Through hard work and steadfast dedication, together we can accomplish much.
